Design-Build
Design-build is a Project Delivery System used in the construction industry. It consists of a procedure to deliver a project where, in contrast to "design-bid-build", the design and construction aspects are done by Flynn Bros. This system is used to minimize the project risks for the purchaser and reduce the construction time by overlapping the design phase and construction phase. This process saves time and money, especially when working with a firm that has experience in producing over 200 buildings.
